Appeals of CIT Decisions

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were recently filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit:

The Coalition for Fair Trade in Hardwood Plywood, appealing a July 21 CIT decision affirming the Commerce Department's remand results that found that Shelter Forest International Acquisition's merchandise does not constitute later-developed merchandise circumventing the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on hardwood plywood from China. #21-2281.
