Wooden Cabinets and Vanities from China (A-570-106/C-570-107). Homewerks Worldwide, seeking a scope ruling that its medicine cabinets with moveable shelves that are 7 inches or less in depth and are not installed at the time of entry, but are included as part of the contents of the medicine cabinet box in which the medicine cabinet is shipped, are not subject to AD duties. Filed May 10.
Petroleum Wax Candles from China (A-570-504). Living Royal, requesting a scope ruling that its novelty candles are not subject to AD duties. Filed May 10.
