Fresh Garlic from China (A-570-831). Trinity Distribution Inc., seeking a scope ruling that its individually quick frozen one-eighth-inch diced garlic and individually quick frozen garlic puree are not subject to AD duties. Filed April 27.

Fresh Garlic from China (A-570-831). Trinity Distribution Inc., seeking a scope ruling that its individually quick frozen (IQF) garlic cloves are not subject to AD duties. Filed April 27.

Collated Steel Staples from China (A-583-854). Stanley Black & Decker Inc., requesting a scope ruling that its insulated cable staples, which are specialized staples that are electrically insulated for use by electricians and others to fasten various types of electrical cables, are not subject to AD/CV duties. Filed April 27.

Quartz Surface Products from China (A-570-084/C-570-085). SMA Surfaces, Inc., seeking a scope ruling that its glass component surface products, made using a process for uniformly agglomerating quartz powder and glass chips with a binding resin, are not subject to AD/CV duties. Filed April 28.
