Taiwan Car and Truck Tires: AD Cash Deposit Rate Falls for Cheng Shin
The Commerce Department is amending its preliminary antidumping duty determination on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Taiwan (A-583-869), lowering the AD duty cash deposit rate for one exporter to correct calculation errors, it said in a notice released Feb. 9. The correction to Cheng Shin's rate also results in a fall in the “all others” rate. Effective for entries from Taiwan on or after Jan. 6, amended AD duty cash deposit rates are as follows (unchanged for Nankang Rubber):
