"This enhanced functionality will allow CBP’s Broker Management Branch (BMB) to consolidate functionality from standalone databases and automate processes such as generation of licenses and permits in ACE," it said. "The functionality will also allow the field Broker Management Officers to print permits within ACE." After the deployment, "ACE will no longer allow trade users to delete an employee through the mass update spreadsheet, in order to maintain employee history," CBP said. The agency also posted new instructions for reporting employee information.
