All changes relate to implementation of the first group of exclusions from tranche three of Section 301 tariffs on products from China (see 1908050010). Similarly, Revision 10 to the tariff schedule, posted around July 31, mostly included changes related to implementation of the first group of exclusions from tranche two of Section 301 tariffs (see 1907290023), including the creation of new subheading 9903.88.12 (see 1908020008). The ITC also added port code 3279 to Statistical Annex C for “FEDEX Corp Honolulu, HI."

The previously issued Revision 9 to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, posted around July 9, also included changes to implement Section 301 exclusions. Among other modifications, subheading 9903.88.11 was created for the latest group of exclusions from tranche one of the China tariffs (see 1907080023 and 1907110006). Revision 9 also included corrections to the mid-year tariff schedule update related to aerial work platforms under statistical note 1 to Chapter 84 and subheading 8427.90.0020.
