China Roller Bearings: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on tapered roller bearings from China (A-570-601). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise entered June 1, 2016, through May 31, 2017.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Feb. 26
New cash deposit rates take effect for subject merchandise produced or exported by the companies under review, entered on or after Feb. 26, as follows:

Commerce also found 12 companies did not demonstrate independence from Chinese government control, assigning them to the China-wide entity, they are as follows: Apex Maritime Shanghai Co., Ltd.; Crossroads Global Trading Co., Ltd.; Hangzhou Xiaoshan Dingli Machinery Co., Ltd.; Honour Lane Shipping Ltd.; Kinetsu World Express China Co., Ltd.; Luoyang Bearing Corporation (Group); Pacific Link Intl Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd.; Shanghai Dizhao Industrial Trading Co., Ltd.; Thi Group Shanghai Ltd.; Weifang Haoxin-Conmet Mechanical Products Co., Ltd.; Yantai Huilong Machinery Parts Co., Ltd.; and Zhejiang Machinery Import & Export Corp.
For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except the 20 exporters listed above), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate the China-wide rate of 92.84% applies.
Assessment Rates
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to set assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between June 1, 2016, and May 31, 2017. Commerce will calculate importer-specific rates for subject merchandise from GGB entered during the period of review, and will liquidate entries from the other companies under review at the rates listed above.
