Feldman replaces former Commissioner John Mohorovic, who left CPSC in 2017 (see 1710180028), and will finish out Mohorovic’s term, which expires on Oct. 26, 2019. Feldman has also been nominated for a seven-year term beginning Oct. 27, 2019.
