New Entry Status Email Address for FDA's Northeast Import Division, CBP Boston Says

The entry status email address for the Food and Drug Administration’s Division of Northeast Import Operations Investigations Branch has changed, CBP Boston said in a public information notice. The new email address, which can be used to request the status of entries within the Northeast Import division’s operational ports, is ORA_OEIO_NE_Imports_IB_Status@fda.hhs.gov. “When e-mailing FDA please include the entry number, commodity (include fresh/perishable if applicable), port of entry, and type of status request in the subject line,” the notice said. “Please expand your request in the body of the e-mail and include documents if applicable.”
