Acme Manufacturing, challenging a Commerce Department ruling that its black and perforated square tubes with lengths of three, four and six feet are subject to antidumping and countervailing duties on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China (see 1705160033). #17-00130. Filed May 31.

Midwest Fastener, challenging a Commerce ruling that its zinc and nylon masonry anchors are subject to antidumping and countervailing duties on steel nails from Vietnam. #17-00131. Filed May 31.

Yell Steel Enterprise, challenging the dutiability of its imported wearing apparel of headings 6103 and 6610. Yell Steel says the apparel qualifies for preferential treatment under the Egypt Qualified Industrial Free Trade Agreement. #17-00133. Filed June 1.

Composite Technology International, on the classification of painted LVL wood rails, stiles and blocks. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 4421.90.9780 (3.3%). Composite Technology says it should instead have been classified under subheading 4412.99.5100 (free) or 4412.99.9500 (free). #17-00134. Filed June 1.

Pasha Stevedoring and Terminals, on the classification of certain special purpose vehicles. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8704.22.1020 (4%). Composite Technology says it should instead have been classified under subheading 8705.90.00 (free). #17-00135. Filed June 1.

DSM Nutritional Products, on the classification of carotenoids. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 2106.90.97 (8.5% + 0.288¢/kg or 2106.90.99 (6.4%)). DSM says it should instead have been classified under subheadings 3204.19.35 (3.1%), K3204.19.35 (free), and 2936.10.00 (free). #17-00136. Filed June 2.

POSCO, challenging the final determination in Commerce's antidumping duty investigation on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from South Korea. #17-00137. Filed June 2.
