FWS and CBP have also resolved issues of Designated Port Exception Permit (DPEP) processing within ACE (see 1612140064), FWS Senior Wildlife Inspector Sheila Einsweiller said. As of the next implementation guide, "we will have the programming in place to be able to accommodate" the DPEP process, she said. The agency is also getting ready to put in place a new system for "disseminating our public bulletins," Einsweiller said.
