CBP Corrects AD/CV Duty Evasion Interim Rule
CBP will make a correction to its interim final rule spelling out the processes for investigating antidumping and countervailing duty evasion (see 1608190014), it said in a notice (here). CBP mistakenly left out a comma in its definition of evade or evasion, it said. CBP will "remove the phrase 'or any omission that is material and that results in any cash deposit' and add in its place the phrase 'or any omission that is material, and that results in any cash deposit,'" it said.
