CBP Releases Agenda for 58th Session of WCO HSC

CBP issued a notice regarding the dates and draft agenda for the 58th Session of the World Customs Organization’s Harmonized System Committee (HSC), which will meet in Brussels Sept. 28 - Oct. 7, in the Customs Bulletin (Vol. 50, No. 35) released Aug. 31 (here).

(Among other things, the HSC (1) issues classification decisions on the interpretation of the Harmonized System (HS) in the form of published tariff classification opinions or amendments to the Explanatory Notes, and (2) considers amendments to the legal text of the HS.)
