During the first two years of operation, RSP resulted in "an additional 125,000 hours of services accounting for the processing of more than 3 million travelers and nearly 460,000 personal and commercial vehicles at the participating ports of entry," Kerlikowske said. CBP will begin taking new applications for RSP on Feb. 1, he said.
