APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for Sept. 11
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes Sept. 11 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Treatment Manual: The USDA APHIS PPQ Treatment Manual (here) has been revised. There were several reasons for the revision:
- Revise T102-a (pages 5-2-58 and 59)
- Correct the omission of "Citrus" in T105-a-1 (page 5-2-71)
- Correct the omission of "Longan" in T106-f (page 5-2-74)
- Add sensor and adapter information to Appendix H: Digital Thermistor (page H-24 and 25)
