FSIS to Stop Issuing Egg Product Export Certificates, Program Transferred to AMS
The Food Safety and Inspection Service says that beginning Nov. 10 it will no longer issue export certificates for manufactured foods that contain egg products. The Agricultural Marketing Service recently began a program to provide this service, so the FSIS program is no longer necessary, it said.
