Wooden Bedroom Furniture from China (A-570-890). KidKraft requests a scope ruling that its toy boxes that are also benches are outside the scope of the AD duty order. Filed Aug. 26.
Steel Nails from China (A-570-909). Lumber Liquidators requests a scope ruling that its L. Cleat Flooring Brads used in the installation of tongue and groove flooring are outside the scope of the antidumping duty order. Filed Aug. 28
Aluminum Extrusions from China (A-570-967/C-570-968). Danfoss requests a scope ruling that its micro channel heat exchanger assemblies aren't covered by AD/CV duties. Filed Aug. 28.
Wooden Bedroom Furniture from China (A-570-890). Maxim Company Taiwan requests a scope ruling that its Tonka-branded toddler beds are outside the scope of antidumping duties. Filed Aug. 29.
