Thailand Retail Bags: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Thailand (A-549-821). The agency set rates for six companies, and will use these rates to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for entries between Feb. 1, 2012 and Jan. 31, 2013. New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Sept. 2
Effective Sept. 2, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for six companies. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the all others rate of 4.69%. The new rates are as follows:

Assessment Rates For Entries August 2012 - July 2013
Commerce will use the rates listed above as assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Aug. 1, 2012 and July 31, 2013.
