New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Aug. 28
Effective Aug. 28, Commerce is setting new AD duty cash deposit rates for two individually investigated companies, Devi Fisheries and Falcon Marine, and is assigning an average of those two rates to over 200 other companies. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the all others rate of 10.17%. The new rates are as follows:
Exporter | AD Rate |
---|---|
Devi Fisheries Limited | 1.97% |
Falcon Marine Exports Limited / K.R. Enterprises | 3.01% |
Average Rate (for over 200 companies) | 2.49% |
Average rate companies. The 2.49% average AD rate applies to companies for which review was requested, but Commerce didn't have the resources to review each individually. See Commerce's notice for the full list of over 200 companies.
Assessment Rates For Entries February 2012 - January 2013
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between Feb. 1, 2012 and Jan. 31, 2013. Commerce will calculate a specific AD duty rate for each importer of subject merchandise from Devi Fisheries or Falcon Marine. For importers of subject merchandise from any of the over 200 "average rate" companies, Commerce will use the 2.49% cash deposit rate as the assessment rate.
(The review period is 02/01/12 -- 01/31/13. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 14032412 for summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
