Rates Only Preliminary; Cash Deposit Rates From Previous Proceedings Still in Effect

These preliminary results are not in effect, and do not affect cash deposit requirements currently in place. For now, the most recent final AD rate calculated for each Indian company is still applicable. If no final AD duty rate has ever been calculated for a company, then it is subject to the "all others" rate of 5.71%. The final results of this administrative review are currently due in December.

Cash Deposit Requirements

Any changes to AD duty cash deposit requirements will take effect on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. If SRF Limited's zero percent AD rate is confirmed in the final results, subject merchandise exported by SRF Limited will not be subject to AD duty cash deposit requirements until further notice. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following AD duty cash deposit rates:

Manufacturer/ExporterAD Rate (Prelim)
Jindal Poly Films Limited1.57%
SRF Limitedzero

Assessment Rates

As part of this administrative review, Commerce will also calculate the AD duties it will assess on importers for entries of subject merchandise entered between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013. If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, importers of subject merchandise exported by SRF Limited and entered during the period under review will not be assessed AD duties.

(The period of review is 07/01/12 -- 06/30/13. See notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
