Finland Carboxymethylcellulose: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on purified carboxymethylcellulose from Finland (A-405-803). The agency preliminarily calculated a zero percent AD rate for CP Kelco Oy. If the agency's finding is continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from CP Kelco entered between July 2012 and June 2013 will not be assessed AD duties, and future entries from CP Kelco will not be subject to an AD cash deposit requirement until further notice.

These preliminary results do not change current AD duty rates, and Commerce can modify them in the final results of this review. For now, the most recent final AD rate calculated for each Finnish company is still applicable. If no final AD duty rate has ever been calculated for a company, then it is subject to the all others rate of 6.65%. The final results of this administrative review are currently due in December.
(The period of review is 07/01/12 -- 06/30/13. See notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
