China Steel Grating: Commerce Corrects Amended Final Determination
The Commerce Department is again changing antidumping duty rates for an exporter of steel grating from China (A-570-947) to correct an error in a notice it issued in July Commerce says it incorrectly listed one of the producer/exporter combinations that got a new AD rate on July 25 (see 14072502). Commerce had made the changes in order to implement a Court of International Trade decision issued in April (see 14041114). New cash deposit rates take effect April 19, as follows:
