Aluminum extrusions from China (A-570-967/C-570-968) -- Core Industries' (dba Star Trac) Max Rack home weight training center imported from China. The weight training center is imported unassembled with all components necessary for assembly without further processing or fabrication, packaged together in a single carton. The kit is mostly made of steel, except for a few aluminum extrusion parts. Filed July 28.
Aluminum extrusions from China (A-570-967/C-570-968) - Core Industries' (dba Star Trac) bases for treadmills, recumbent exercise bikes, upright exercise bikes, and spinning exercise bikes. Each is imported with all components necessary for assembly without further processing or fabrication, packaged together in a single carton. Each consists of about 10-50% aluminum extrusions by weight. A customizable console is attached to each after importation. Filed July 28.
Cased pencils from China (A-570-827) - West Texas Lighthouse for the Blind's flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pencils. The pencil is very pliable, causing it to be very difficult to write with, and it's normally used as a novelty item or by inmates in prisons or patients in mental institutions. The flexible pencil does not compete with normal wooden pencils. Filed July 31.
