  • Polyplex USA challenging CBP’s denial of a protest of the classification of a “slitting machine.” CBP classified the machine in HTS subheading 8479.89.98.99 (2.5%). Polyplex said the machine should be classified under subheading 8441.10.00.00 (free). Summons filed July 21.
  • Weihai Xiangguang Mechanical Industrial Co., Ehwa Diamond Industrial Co., and General Tool, Inc. challenging the final results of the 2011-12 antidumping duty administrative review on diamond sawblades from China. Summons filed July 23.
  • Tianjin United Tire & Rubber International Co. challenging its 6.85% countervailing duty cash deposit rate on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China. Complaint filed July 24.
  • Gerber Plumbing Fixtures challenging CBP’s denial of a protest of the classification of “ADA compliant toilet bowls and tanks.” CBP classified the article in HTS subheading 6910.10.0020 (5.8%). Gerber said the machine should be classified under subheading 9817.00.96 (free). Summons filed July 25.
