22.67 to 22.73 percent for Malaysia, 23.77 to 24.01 percent for Thailand, and 89.4 to 90.8 percent for Vietnam, the agency said. According to the May 16 petition, domestic market share is falling in the U.S. welded stainless pressure pipe market, and imports of the product from Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam accounted for most of the decline (see 13052033). The pipe at issue is a commodity product used as a conduit for liquids or gases. The International Trade Commission is set to make its preliminary injury determination by July 1.
