China Frozen Shrimp: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The International Trade Administration issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review of frozen warmwater shrimp from China (A-570-893), calculating a preliminary AD rate of zero for Zhanjian Regal, and assigning Hilltop International to the China-wide entity for noncooperation. These preliminary results are not in effect. The ITA may modify them in the final results of this review and change the estimated AD cash deposit rate for this company.
