Mexico Large Residential Washers: ITA Issues AD Final Determination
The International Trade Administration issued its final affirmative antidumping duty determination on large residential washers from Mexico (A-201-842). Final AD rates range from 36.52 to 72.41 percent. This final determination, which is effective Dec. 26, is expected to be implemented by CBP soon.

Scope Exclusion Adopted for Some Top-Loaders
After the preliminary determination, the ITA amended the scope of this investigation to exclude top-load washing machines with a vertical rotational axis and a rated capacity of less than 3.7 cubic feet. No changes to the scope have been made since then, the ITA said.
Suspension of Liquidation
The ITA will direct CBP to continue to suspend liquidation for all subject merchandise entered on or after Aug. 3.
Estimated AD Cash Deposit Rates Revised
The ITA will instruct CBP to require an AD cash deposit for all imports of subject merchandise which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after Aug. 3, equal to the following revised AD rates:
