Turkey Pasta: Final Results of CV Admin Review
The International Trade Administration issued the final results of the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey (A-489-502), which sets de minimis1 CV cash deposit rate for two companies, Marsan2 and Bellini.3 These rates are effective Nov. 21, and will be implemented by CBP soon.

1Because the CV rates for Marsan and Bellini are de minimis, the CV cash deposit rates for these companies will be zero. CBP will also liquidate without regard to CV duties all merchandise (a) exported by Marsan and produced by Birlik and/or Bellini, or (b) exported by Istanbul Gida, Birlik or Bellini and entered during the period of review. However, these companies are still subject to the CV duty order.
