Turkey Circular Welded Pipe: Final Results of CV Admin Review
The International Trade Administration issued the final results of the administrative review of the countervailing duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey (A-489-502), which sets CV cash deposit rate for two companies, Borusan1 and Toscelik2. The CV rates for both companies were found to be de minmis3. These rates, which are effective Aug. 6, are expected to be implemented by CBP soon.

1"Borusan" refers to the following related companies: Borusan Group; Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S.; and Borusan Istikbal Ticaret T.A.S..
2"Toscelik" refers to the following related companies: Tosyali dis Ticaret A.S.; and Toscelik Profil ve Sac Endustrisi A.S.
3Because the CV rates for Borusan and Toscelik are de minimis, the CV cash deposit rates for these companies will be zero. However, these companies are still subject to the order.
