Turkey Circular Welded Pipe: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The International Trade Administration issued the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (A-489-501) for four companies. Two of the companies, Erbosan1 and Yucel2, had no reviewable sales during the period of review, but the ITA declined to rescind and will instead complete the review with respect to these companies. These preliminary results are not in effect. The ITA may modify them in the final results of this review and change the estimated AD cash deposit rate for this company.
