Belgium Steel Plate in Coils: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The International Trade Administration issued the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel plate in coils (A-423-808) for one company, Aperam Stainless Belgium N.V., which the ITA found to be the successor-in-interest to Arcelor Mittal Stainless Belgium N.V. These preliminary results are not in effect. The ITA may modify them in the final results of this review and change the estimated AD cash deposit rate for this company.
