1The ITA continued to find in these final results that respondent Filmag Italia SRL had no reviewable transactions during the period of review. As Filmag does not have an individual rate from any prior segment of the proceeding, the ITA will instruct CBP to collect AD cash deposits at (i) the all others rate or (ii) at the rate assigned to the manufacturer in the merchandise, when said manufacturer has been assigned an AD cash deposit rate in a past segment, if Filmag is only the exporter and not the manufacturer of the merchandise.

(The review period is 02/01/10 -- 01/31/11. See ITA's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, the "All-Others" rate of 26.59%, etc. See ITA's Online Archives 11122206 for summary of the preliminary results of this review, which were unchanged in these final results.)
