- Federal whistleblowers. The Merit Systems Protection Board transmitted a report entitled: "Blowing the Whistle: Barriers to Federal Employees Making Disclosures." (4432)
- Iran sanctions. The Sentencing Commission Chair transmitted a letter in response to the directive in Section 107 of the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions Accountability and Divestment Act of 2010, pursuant to Public Law 111-195, section 107; to the Committee on the Judiciary. (4435)
