- Report on impact of ATPA. The Secretary of Labor transmitted the 2011 report (covering trade in calendar year 2010) relative to the impact of the Andean Trade Preference Act (ATPA) on U.S. trade and employment. (EC-4198)
- ITAR amendments. The Department of State transmitted proposed amendments to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). (4104) The Department also transmitted reports relative to a proposed revision of the U.S. Munitions List (USML) Category XIX and USML Category VII in part 121 of the ITAR. (EC-4391) (EC-4392)
- TSA reform. House Committee and Subcommittee Chairmen transmitted a report entitled "A Decade Later: A Call for TSA Reform''. (EC-4375)
- Iran sanctions. The U.S. Sentencing Commission transmitted a report relative to the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions Accountability and Divestment Act of 2010. (EC-4324)
