CBP Posts Updated Appendices for the CAMIR

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has updated the following 14 appendices (A through N) for its Customs Automated Manifest Interface Requirements (CAMIR):

Appendix L - AMS Error Message Dictionary that identifies error messages encountered in transmitting CAMIR records in AMS and ANSI format and explains the reason for the error message (here)
Appendix M - listing of container/equipment type codes (here)
Appendix N - listing of valid codes such as Method of Payment for Transportation Codes, Qualifier Codes, Entity ID Code, and Manifest Unit Code. More codes may be added as necessary. (here)
