Harmonized System Update – Changes to the 2011 HTS
CBP has issued a CSMS message announcing recent changes to the 2011 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HS Update No. 1104). This update has 175 ABI records and 42 harmonized tariff records.

It contains changes mandated by the 484(f) Committee, the Committee for Statistical Annotation of the Tariff Schedules. The specific modifications are listed in the 2011 HTS, Revision 1, Change Record.
Adjustments required by the verification of the 2011 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) are also included.
The modified records are currently available to all ABI participants and can be retrieved electronically via the procedures indicated in the CATAIR.
