China Folding Tables/Chairs: Prelim Results of AD Admin & NS Reviews

The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of antidumping duty administrative and new shipper reviews of folding tables and chairs from China (A-570-868) covering the period June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2010. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

Preliminary Results of Review

The ITA has preliminarily determined that the following weighted-average dumping margins exist for the period of review:

Preliminary Results Not in Effect, May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended. Any revised estimated AD cash deposit requirements will be effective upon publication of the final results of this administrative review for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date.

1The ITA has preliminarily determined that subject merchandise produced and exported by New-Tec qualifies for revocation from the subject AD duty order. If these preliminary findings are affirmed in the final results, the ITA will revoke this order, in part, with respect to folding metal tables and chairs produced and exported by New-Tec and instruct CBP to terminate the suspension of liquidation and release any cash deposits on entries by New-Tec.
