China Citric Acid & Salts: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review
The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of the first administrative review of the antidumping duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China (A-570-937) covering the period November 20, 2008 through May 19, 2009, and May 29, 2009 through April 30, 20101. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

Preliminary Results of Review
The ITA has preliminarily determined that following weighted-average dumping margins exist for the review period:

Preliminary Results Not in Effect, May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended. Any revised estimated AD cash deposit requirements will be effective upon publication of the final results of this administrative review for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date.
1Entries during the gap period of May 20 through May 28, 2009 were not suspended for AD duty purposes due to expiration of provisional measures period.
