Turkey Welded Pipe & Tube: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review

The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain welded carbon steel pipe and tube from Turkey (A-489-501) covering the period May 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

Preliminary Results of Review

The ITA has preliminarily determined that following weighted-average dumping margins exist for the review period:

Preliminary Results Not in Effect, May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended. Any revised estimated AD cash deposit requirements will be effective upon publication of the final results of this administrative review for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date.
