ITA Finds Viet I-Mei is Successor-in-Interest to Grobest & I-Mei

The ITA concluded in its preliminary results of this review that Viet I-Mei Frozen Foods Co., Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Grobest & I-Mei Industrial (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.

Because the ITA did not receive any comments on the preliminary results, it continues to find that Viet I-Mei is the successor-in-interest to Grobest & I-Mei, and accordingly should receive the same AD duty treatment previously accorded to Grobest & I-Mei.

3.92% AD Cash Deposit Rate for Entries by Viet I-Mei on/After May 26
