China Steel Wire Garment Hangers: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its first antidumping duty administrative review of steel wire garment hangers from China (A-570-918) for the period of March 25, 2008 through November 30, 2009.

Final Results of Review
As a result of its review, the ITA determines that the following weighted-average margin percentages exist for the period of review:

Estimated AD Cash Deposit Requirements
The following estimated AD duty cash deposit requirements are effective for all shipments of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after May 13, 2011:
- For the exporters listed above, the cash deposit rate will be established in the final results of this review;
- Because the AD duty margin for Shanghai Wells Hanger Co., Ltd. and/or Hong Kong Wells Limited is de minimis, no cash deposit will be required for these companies;
- For previously investigated or reviewed PRC and non-PRC exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;
- For all PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of 187.25 percent; and
- For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporters that supplied that non-PRC exporter.
Assessment Instructions
The ITA will issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection within 15 days after May 13, 2011. The ITA has calculated exporter/importer (or customer)-specific assessment rates for the merchandise subject to this review.
