China Lined Paper: Final Results of AD Admin Review

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of certain lined paper products from China (A-570-901) for the period of September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2009.

Final Results of Review

As a result of its review, the ITA determines that the following weighted-average margin percentage exists for the period of review:

Estimated AD Cash Deposit Requirements

The following estimated AD duty cash deposit requirements are effective for all shipments of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after April 26, 2011:

  1. For previously reviewed or investigated PRC exporters who received a separate rate in a prior segment of the proceeding, but were not reviewed in this review, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the rate assigned in that segment of the proceeding;
  2. For all other PRC exporters of subject merchandise that have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of 258.21 percent; and
  3. For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporter that supplied that non-PRC exporter.

Assessment Instructions

The ITA will issue assessment instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection within 15 days after April 26, 2011. It will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries covered by this review.
