Five Countries Ball Bearings: Prelim Results of AD Admin Reviews, Etc.

The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of antidumping duty administrative reviews of ball bearings and parts thereof from France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the United Kingdom (A-427-801, A-428-801, A-475-801, A-588-804, A-412-801) for the review period of May 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010.

ITA Prelim Determines German Company is Successor-in-Interest

The ITA has also preliminarily determined that Schaeffler Technologies GmbH & Co. KG is the successor-in-interest to Schaeffler KG with respect to the order on ball bearings and parts thereof from Germany. Preliminary Results Not in Effect, May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended. Any revised estimated AD cash deposit requirements will be effective upon publication of the final results of this administrative review for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date.
