Vietnam Shrimp: Prelim Results of AD New Shipper Review

The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of the antidumping duty new shipper review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam (A-552-802) covering the period February 1, 2010 through July 31, 2010. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

Preliminary Results of Review

The ITA has preliminarily determined that the following weighted-average dumping margin exists for the period of review:

Preliminary Cash Deposits Not in Effect, May be Amended

Estimated AD cash deposit requirements will be effective only upon publication of the final results of administrative review for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date, and may be amended in the final results of the review.
