Final Results of Review
As a result of its review, the ITA determines that the following weighted-average margin percentage exists for the period of review:
Company | AD Rate |
China-wide entity (including Zibo Aifudi Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd.)1 | 91.73% |
1Because the ITA has determined that Aifudi is part of the China-wide entity, the China-wide entity is under review. (The China-wide rate is currently unchanged.)
Estimated AD Cash Deposit Requirements
The following estimated AD duty cash deposit requirements are effective for all shipments of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after April 15, 2011:
- For Aifudi, the cash deposit rate will be the rate listed above;
- For previously investigated or reviewed China and non-China exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;
- For all China exporters of subject merchandise which have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate of 91.73 percent; and
- For all non-China exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the China exporters that supplied that non-China exporter.
Assessment Instructions
