China Tissue Paper: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review

The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review of certain tissue paper products from China (A-570-894) covering the period March 1, 2009 through February 28, 2010. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

Preliminary Results of Review

The ITA has preliminarily determined that the following weighted-average dumping margin exists for the period of review:

1The ITA has also preliminarily found that the subject tissue paper exported to the U.S. by MFVN was produced from Chinese-origin jumbo rolls and/or cut sheets and is therefore circumventing the China AD duty order. Therefore, the ITA is preliminarily applying the adverse facts available (AFA) rate of 112.64% in these preliminary results. Preliminary Cash Deposits Not in Effect, May be Amended

Estimated AD cash deposit requirements will be effective only upon publication of the final results of administrative review for all shipments of the subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after the publication date, and may be amended in the final results of the review.
