- Iraq. The Commission on Wartime Contraction in Iraq and Afghanistan transmitted Special Report 4: "Iraq - A Forgotten Mission? The United States needs to sustain a diplomatic presence to preserve gains and avoid waste as the U.S. military leaves Iraq," to the Committee on Foreign Affairs. (976)
Precursor chemicals. The Department of State transmitted a Determination and Certification under Section 490(b)(1)(A) of the Foreign Assistance Act, relating to the largest exporting and importing countries of certain precursor chemicals, to the Committee on Foreign Affairs. (980)
