Final Results of Review
As a result of its review, the ITA determines that the following weighted-average margin percentage exists for the period of review:
Company | AD Rate |
Zhangzhou Tongfa Foods Industry Co., Ltd. | 0.00% |
(The ITA has determined to rescind the new shipper review for Shandong Fengyu Edible Fungus Corporation, Ltd. for this review period; therefore, it will be assigned the China-wide entity rate of 198.63%.)
Estimated AD Cash Deposit Requirements
The following estimated AD duty cash deposit requirements are effective for all shipments of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after March 24, 2011:
- Since the cash deposit rate calculated for Tongfa in the final results is zero, no cash deposit will be required for entries of subject merchandise both produced and exported by Tongfa; however, it remains subject to the order;
- For subject merchandise exported by Tongfa but not produced by Tongfa, respectively, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the PRC-wide rate (i.e., 198.63 percent);
- For subject merchandise produced by Tongfa, but exported by any other party, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter; and
- For subject merchandise produced and exported by Fengyu, the cash deposit rate continues to be the PRC-wide rate (i.e., 198.63 percent).
Assessment Instructions
The ITA has calculated importer-specific ad valorem duty assessment rates for the subject merchandise. The ITA will issue assessment instructions to CBP within 15 days after March 24, 2011.
