  • ITAR amendments. The Department of State transmitted a report relative to proposed amendments to Parts 123 and 126 of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) to the Committee on Foreign Relations. (EC-939)
  • CPSC Improvement Act. The Inspector General of the Consumer Product Safety Commission transmitted the 2010 CPSC Improvement Act Report to Congress to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform. (912)
  • National emergency with Somalia. The Secretary of the Treasury transmitted a six-month periodic report on the national emergency with respect to blocking the property of certain persons contributing to the conflict in Somalia that was declared in Executive Order 13536 of April 12, 2010 to the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.
