China Ironing Tables: Final Results of AD Admin Review

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review of floor-standing, metal-top ironing tables and certain parts thereof from China (A-570-888) for the period of August 1, 2008 through July 31, 2009.

Final Results of Review

As a result of its review, the ITA determines that the following weighted-average margin percentages exist for the period of review:

Estimated AD Cash Deposit Requirements

The following estimated AD duty cash deposit requirements are effective for all shipments of subject merchandise with a time of entry on or after March 21, 2011:

  1. For Foshan Shunde and Since Hardware, the cash deposit rates will be those listed above;
  2. For previously investigated or reviewed PRC and non-PRC exporters not listed above that have separate rates, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the exporter-specific rate published for the most recent period;
  3. For all PRC exporters of subject merchandise that have not been found to be entitled to a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of 157.68 percent; and
  4. For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporters that supplied that non-PRC exporter.

Assessment Instructions

The ITA has calculated importer-specific assessment rates for the subject ironing tables. The ITA will issue assessment instructions to CBP within 15 days after March 21, 2011.
